We are a small LTL Freight brokerage dedicated to providing our clients with professional, knowledgeable, and money saving services. As the Logistics Manager and owner/operator of I-Freight, I personally provide our clients with responsive and knowledgeable service.

 

Job Description

• Educate clients regarding LTL rules, freight companies, re-bills, and GTZ Ship
• Bill of Lading Review prior to dispatch
• Dispatch – Contact freight company, communicate special services required
• Tracking – Contact freight company
• Claims – File & follow up
• Hot Shipments – Communicate with the Carrier
• Re-bills – Dispute & follow up
• Reports – Upon request

 

Follow Up
Examine daily reports from the previous day. If your shipment has not picked up, I will contact the shipper for an explanation and a pickup ETA. Shipments that are “hot”, or have issues, will be communicated with the carrier until resolution

 

Shipping Process:
Our web application, “GTZ Ship” is designed to build quotes, create shipments, retrieve documents, and keep track of your data for cost analysis. Once your shipment has been created, we are notified. Your BOL will be examined to check that the correct NMFC and Classification have been applied.
