How to Ship

  • Enter shipping/receiving information

What happens next?

  • An representative will contact you regarding your quote.
  • If you accept the quote, will book this for you via credit card payment, check authorization, or you may set up an account by sending a completed credit application.
  • An representative will send you a bill of lading (BOL) via e-mail.
  • Dispatch: will call, and/or send Electronic Data (EDI) to the chosen freight company for the pick up of your freight.
  • Packaging: Make sure your freight is properly packaged, ready for pickup, and a copy of the BOL is taped to the freight. If the freight is not properly packaged, the driver may refuse your shipment.
  • Tracking: will track your shipment per your request. Or, if you are an active customer, our web-site allows you to track your own shipment.
  • Delivery: Product is delivered, and a delivery receipt is signed upon acceptance. Inspect the freight thoroughly and mark the delivery receipt as damaged or clear as agreed upon by you and the delivering driver.
  • Claims: Should a loss or damage of your freight occur, mark on the delivery receipt as “damaged”. Take pictures, keep possession of the salvage, and contact at customerservice@i-freight.com. has a claims division dedicated to the claims process.
